Brian Erbe
Head Freshman Blue Coach

Coach Erbe is a 1972 graduate of Jefferson High School who participated in baseball, basketball, and football. He is currently the school’s Attendance Facilitator, and has been a coach in various sports for the past 16 years.

This is his 7th year as a freshman coach in the men’s basketball program. Coach Erbe was on the football staff for eleven years and the head freshman coach for five years, he also coached track for 6 years.

Brian and his wife Earlene have been married for 34 years and have three children, each a Jefferson graduate. Dan, 31, is medically retired from the Marine Corps. He resides in South Carolina and works for the U.S. Government. Elizabeth, 28, is married to Nathan Wulff. Their daughter, Lilli was born in January of 2004. Andrew was born in May 2007. Stephanie, 26, is a 2005 graduate of Clarke College and is currently teaching at Harding Middle School. She was married in May 2005 to Tim Davis and they have 2 sons, Caden and Carter.

Assistant Freshman Blue Coach

Coach Nathan Wulff is a 1996 graduate of Cedar Rapids Washington. He participated in basketball each of his four years in high school. He earned a B.A. from the University of Iowa as a psychology major. Nathan is married to Elizabeth Erbe, a Jefferson graduate. They are the proud parents of Lillian, born in January of 2004, and Andrew born in May 2007. This is Nathan’s 7th year with the J-Hawks and he is excited about the opportunity to contribute
